She specialises in marine scenes, painting with acrylic paint onto stretched canvas. Samm works from photographs, sketches and her own extensive archive of images collected from her world travels and other sources. Her work is visually stimulating, evocative and colourful and her unique style is sought after by a growing number of admirers.

2009 REVIEW
March 2nd to 14th 2009 Samm exhibted with other artists from Southsea at the Oxmarket Gallery, Chichester.
In May of 2009 Samm had the privillage of exhibiting alongside some wonderful Artists at The Brighton Art Trail at Art at the Sprachcaffe.

Another side to Samm’s skills lie in painting ships and seascapes, several paintings have been commissioned by the Royal Navy and by serving personnel who have wanted a personal memento of their ship or a particular place or event.
